My name is Mihail Ovidiu Pascut and this is my personal website/blog. I am a software engineer working for STARLIMS in Hollywood, Florida. I am passionate about technology and software development.
In the past 7 years I've been working mostly with Microsoft tools and products. In the latest 3 I started to get into python - the programming language - and I quickly became a fan. Even if python is not a part of our company's toolset, I always try to sneak it in. I use it for automating my daily tasks and for improving the processes that we follow. Python is what I used to build this website (with the Django web framework) and is my first choice when starting a new project.
